205 West Wacker

formerly known as the Engineering Building, is a 25 story  vintage high-rise office building containing approximately 322,215 gross square feet, and includes a 60-car indoor valet parking garage and two basement levels.  It is constructed on a site of 15,180 square feet (0.35 acres), just west of Wells Street on the south side of Wacker Drive, a multi-level roadway that is parallel to the south bank of the Chicago River.  The average typical floor plate is approximately 10,500 net rentable square feet.

The property provides numerous on-site  amenities including a restaurant, sundry shop, valet parking, and travel agency. 205 West Wacker is a building with much history.  It is one of the last buildings designed by the architectural firm of P.H.
